The seminar has been arranged against the background of an article on new players in the Riksbank’s Financial Stability Report from May 2018.

Elin Andén of the Riksbank will present the article. Willem Heeringa, De Nederlandsche Bank, and Björn Bargholtz, Finansinspektionen, will comment. Deputy Governor Cecilia Skingsley will lead the dialogue and following discussion.
