Governor Stefan Ingves will hold a (pre-recorded) speech on the lessons that can be learned from the financial crisis of 2008-2009 concerning the regulation of financial markets and how these can be applied in the light of COVID-19.

The decision on the repo rate will apply from 2 December 2020.
