On 14 March, the Riksdag Committee on Finance will hold an open hearing on the Riksbank’s Annual Report and current monetary policy. The entire Executive Board of the Riksbank will participate in the hearing. The first part of the hearing deals with the Riksbank’s Annual Report for 2022 and the second part deals with the Riksbank’s current monetary policy.

The hearing is open to the public and the media and can also be viewed live or on demand afterwards via the Riksdag’s website.

The Riksbank's Business Survey, February 2023 will be published at 09.30

Representatives of the Government, the Riksbank, Finansinspektionen and the Swedish National Debt Office are convened for an extraordinary meeting of the Financial Stability Council.

The Council will discuss the risk spectrum and the stability situation in the light of recent events in the US and European banking markets. The purpose of the meeting is a joint exchange of experiences on the basis of these events.

Participants at the meeting will include, in addition to Minister for Financial Markets Niklas Wykman, Finansinspektionen’s Director-General Daniel Barr, Governor of the Riksbank Erik Thedéen, Swedish National Debt Office Director-General Karolina Ekholm.
