Riksbank uses external consultant for continued analysis work
News In mid-March, the Riksbank decided to purchase commercial paper and corporate bonds within the scope of the crisis measures taken to alleviate the consequences of the corona pandemic on the Swedish economy. The purchases aim to hold back interest rates in general and to improve market functioning, which should improve the credit supply to companies and the impact of monetary policy on the economy.
