The Riksdag Committee on Finance will hold an open hearing on monetary policy with Governor Stefan Ingves and Deputy Governor Henry Ohlsson.

The hearing will be broadcast via Internet television. Slides from the presentation will be published on the Riksbank's website.

On 8 March the Riksbank invites interested parties to a discussion on the role and significance of the inflation target.
This is the second in a series of seminars on the role of the central bank in the economy.

On Tuesday 20 March, Henry Ohlsson will visit Östersund where, among other things, he will talk on Campus on the economic situation and current monetary policy.

On Wednesday 21 March, Deputy Governor Martin Flodén will discuss the Riksbank's history and the development of money. Cake will be served from 17.30. The talk will be open to the public and forms part of the Riksbank's 350th jubilee, the second stop on a tour of Sweden throughout 2018.

On Thursday 22 March, Deputy Governor Martin Flodén will also hold a breakfast presentation in Karlstad on the economic situation and current monetary policy. This event will be for invited participants.
