Representatives of the Riksbank, Finansinspektionen (the Swedish FSA), the Swedish National Debt Office and the Government will gather for a meeting of the Financial Stability Council.

Deputy Governor Per Jansson will comment on Insurance Sweden’s report “Omvärldstrender 2019: Försäkringar – för en trygg och hållbar utveckling” (International trends 2019: Insurance – for safe and sustainable development). Per Jansson's speech “Monetary policy in less favourable times – what are our options?” will be published at riksbank.se in conjunction with this. Publication on 29/11 was postponed due to illness.

Executive Board meeting, monetary policy meeting no. 6.

The Executive Board's interest rate decision will be published, together with the Monetary Policy Report.

The decision on the repo rate will apply from 9 January 2019.

The Riksbank will hold a press conference on the interest rate decision. Stefan Ingves, Governor of the Riksbank, and Jesper Hansson, Head of the Monetary Policy Department, will participate in the press conference.

Press cards or the equivalent must be shown to attend the press conference.

The press conference will be held at the Riksbank, Brunkebergstorg 11.
