Governor Stefan Ingves will present the Riksbank's view on the current situation as regards financial stability at the Riksdag Committee on Finance's open hearing on financial stability.

Directors-General Erik Thedéen, from Finansinspektionen, and Hans Lindblad, from the National Debt Office, will also give their views of the current situation. Minister for Financial Markets Per Bolund will also participate in the hearing.

In addition to financial stability, the lessons learnt ten years after the financial crisis focusing on the efficacy of regulatory frameworks will be discussed. Johanna Lybeck Lilja, strategic advisor at Nordea will also participate in this discussion.

Executive Board meeting, monetary policy meeting no. 1

The Executive Board's interest rate decision will be published, together with the Monetary Policy Report.

The decision on the repo rate will apply from 20 February 2019.

The Riksbank will hold a press conference on the interest rate decision. Stefan Ingves, Governor of the Riksbank, and Jesper Hansson, Head of the Monetary Policy Department, will participate in the press conference.

Press cards or the equivalent must be shown to attend the press conference.

The press conference will be held at the Riksbank, Brunkebergstorg 11.

Governor Stefan Ingves and Deputy Governor Cecilia Skingsley will provide information about the e-krona project at a Committee on Finance meeting.

At the press meeting, the leader of the delegation for the Article IV consultation, Craig Beaumont, will present the delegation's view of the Swedish economy. Craig Beaumont will also be available to answer questions after the presentation.
