Anna Sjulander new Head of Markets Department

Anna comes to the Riksbank from the post of Head of SSA Origination, Debt Capital Markets, CIB at SEB. Prior to this, she has held various managerial posts over many years at the Swedish National Debt Office, including Head of the Debt Management Department.

Anna Sjulander will take up her new post on 13 January 2026.

Anders Gånge will continue to act as Head of the Markets Department until Anna Sjulander takes over. Anders Gånge will then return to his previous post as Deputy Head of the Markets Department.
