Work environment policy

The aim of the Riksbank’s endeavours regarding the work environment is to create an attractive workplace that increases staff motivation, job satisfaction and efficiency. The Riksbank complies with the Work Environment Act (1977:1160) and other statutes applicable to the Riksbank’s activities. Work environment management must be carried out systematically and as part of the day-to-day activities in cooperation between managers and employees. Activities shall be monitored continuously from a work environment perspective, taking into account the organisational and social work environment.
