The Riksbank’s cybersecurity competition ROCCS 2026
On 15 October 2026, the Riksbank will be organising the cybersecurity competition, The Riksbank’s Online Cybersecurity Challenge Summit (ROCCS), for the third time. The aim is to encourage organisations in the Swedish financial sector to practise dealing with cyber threats and to strengthen their cyber security capabilities.
The competition is online in the form of a Capture the Flag competition. This means that participants will have to solve various cyber security-related challenges and problems. Each organisation enters a team of up to three people who act as hackers in a simulated environment.
Organisations within the Swedish financial sector have been invited to take part. This applies, for example, to financial authorities, commercial banks and organisations that form part of the financial infrastructure.
