Good atmosphere at the Riksbank

News Riksbank employees feel there is a good atmosphere at the bank and give their managers high marks. This is revealed in the latest employee survey.

Just over eight out of ten staff members at the Riksbank feel highly motivated in their work and are proud of working at the bank. They think there is a good atmosphere in their division and a good climate for discussion. Nine out of ten have a very high level of confidence in their line manager and confidence in the Governor of the Riksbank Stefan Ingves and the Executive Board is also still high.

The areas that employees consider could be improved include the possibility for recovery after intensive work periods and the allocation of work in the divisions.

Strong commitment

A good 92 per cent of the employees responded to the survey and the strong results from the previous survey still stand.

"The purpose of the employee survey is to give employees the opportunity to influence their work situation and actively participate in developing the Riksbank as a workplace. The survey is an important tool in the improvement work at the bank and provides guidance in the continued governance," says Christina Jacobsson, Head of HR.
