Crown Princess Couple at the Riksbank
News Today the Riksbank received a visit from Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, who were given an update on the economic situation and the Riksbank's activities.

The Crown Princess couple were welcomed by Governor Erik Thedéen and Chairman of the General Council Bo Broman. Various experts from the Riksbank then spoke about the current economic situation, monetary policy and the current situation regarding financial stability in Sweden and abroad. The entire Executive Board took part and had the opportunity to answer questions.
The Crown Princess Couple also had time for a guided tour of the Riksbank building and visited both the Riksbank's trading room and the RIX premises from which the RIX payment system is controlled.
