The monetary policy meeting in November will be held in Jönköping
News The Riksbank has decided to hold the monetary policy meeting in November at the Riksbank’s local office in Jönköping. This is intended to test the Riksbank’s preparedness by undertaking a monetary policy decision with subsequent communication in a location other than Stockholm.
As previously announced, the monetary policy meeting will be held on 22 November. The monetary policy decision will be published the following day, 23 November, at 09:30. On the same day, a press conference on the monetary policy decision will also be held at Högskolebiblioteket, Jönköping University at 11:00, when the Governor of the Riksbank will be available to the media as usual.
