Degree project at the Riksbank

Each year, the Riksbank offers assistant supervision for thesis projects to a limited number of master’s students in economics and statistics enrolled at Swedish universities. Students are expected to have a main supervisor at their university, and to have selected a topic for the thesis within the Riksbank’s main areas of responsibility. Students will get supervision by a staff member at one of the Riksbank departments:

• Payments Department (AFB)
• Financial Stability Department (AFS)
• Markets Department (AFM)
• Monetary Policy Department (APP)
• Research Division (FOE)
