News If the communication between a bank and a shop does not work, it is in some cases nevertheless possible to shop using a bank card. This possibility for so-called off-line payments differs between cards, however. Withdrawing cash from an ATM in a similar situation is not possible, however, noted the payment council in a survey of payments in a crisis situation.
