Terms and conditions for the Riksbank's purchases of bonds issued by municipalities, regions and Kommuninvest

The Riksbank decided on 21 April 2020 to purchase by Swedish municipalities and regions and by Kommuninvest i Sweden AB for a nominal amount of SEK 15 billion during the period 27 April up to and including 30 June 2020. The Riksbank has now decided that the first bid procedure will be on 28 April 2020 and that it will cover purchases of bonds issued by Kommuninvest i Sverige AB to a maximum amount of SEK 5 billion.

Applications must be received no later than 27 April for participation in the bid procedure. The counterparties that have registered for the bid procedures for covered bonds do not need to register again for the first bid procedure.
