Henrik Jönsson new acting Head of Corporate Services Department
News The Executive Board of the Riksbank has decided to appoint Henrik Jönsson as acting Head of the Corporate Services Department. Henrik is currently Head of the Secretariat of the Executive Board within the Riksbank’s General Secretariat. He will take up the post as acting Head of Department during the period 13 September 2021 to 31 December 2021.
“Henrik Jönsson has several years’ experience as manager at the Riksbank and in his current role he has a broad overview of the Riksbank’s various operations, and a good ability to manage, coordinate, and get things done. My colleagues on the Executive Board and I are very pleased that Henrik will be leading and developing the continued work in the Corporate Services Department,” comments First Deputy Governor Cecilia Skingsley.
Henrik Jönsson has been Head of the Secretariat of the Executive Board within the Riksbank’s General Secretariat since 2015. Prior to this, he was head of the financial and business support department at Svensk Kärnbränslehantering AB. During the period 2001-2011, Henrik worked at the Ministry of Finance, first in the International Department and later as Deputy Director in the Budget Department. Henrik has also spent four years working at the Swedish National Audit Office’s effectiveness audit. He has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Linköping.
