I N F L A T I O N S R A P P O R T 4 / 1 9 9 8 49 Penningpolitiken avvägs med utgångspunkt från en bedömning av inflationen ett till två år framåt i tiden. I varje inflationsrapport flyttas tidsperspektivet ungefär ett kvartal framåt i tiden.
